For all distances, participants complete one swimming loop. The exit from the water will be located at the TKKF sports center, with personnel assisting participants in exiting the water efficiently. A 250-meter run leads to the transition zone over concrete slabs and paving stones. Where necessary, rubber mats and carpets will be placed.
The route starts at the TKKF resort in Sieraków and heads towards the town. Before reaching the town, it turns left twice to circle Lake Jaroszewskie, where the swimming event was held earlier. The profile of the course is quite varied for the Wielkopolska region, eliminating monotony. Along the way, participants can admire other lakes, as the area is known as the "Land of 100 Lakes." The entire route runs on high-quality asphalt. Each loop includes 2 nutrition points, providing participants with beverages and energy supplies every 11 km.
The route begins at the TKKF stadium and initially follows sidewalks and paths between the cabins of the TKKF resort before transitioning into forest paths. After about 1 km, it moves onto a paved cycling path, turning left into the forest again after 500 meters. The route continues along forest paths, passing near the transition zone for another loop. At approximately 2.5 km, a nutrition point is located. The course is highly varied, with 90% of the route running through forest paths with mixed surfaces. The run includes numerous small and medium-grade ascents and descents, and most of the trail is shaded from direct sunlight. Shoes with deeper treads and sturdy construction are recommended.
