Triathlon suit/swimming suit
Wetsuit – mandatory if water temperature is below 14°C (56.5 km distance) or 16°C (112.99 km distance), highly recommended if higher
Swimming goggles
Nose/ear plugs – if you usually need them
Lubricant to help remove the wetsuit – avoid oil or petroleum jelly as they can damage neoprene suits

Helmet – absolutely mandatory!

Cycling clothing (if not using a triathlon suit)
