4. Refund of the Participant's Package Fee in Case of Resignation:
No refunds will be given if the participant has not purchased cancellation insurance, nor can the payment be transferred to the next year.
It is possible to pay a resignation insurance fee amounting to 20% of the package price. This fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.
Resignation notifications should be sent to kontakt@tritour.com.pl by the non-negotiable deadline: at least 30 days before the start date and no later than May 1, 2025. Resignation notifications sent later will not be accepted.
After registration, a full refund of the participant's package fee, minus the cancellation insurance, will be made to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of the resignation notification. However, every effort is made to process the refund earlier

7. Participation Conditions
The right to participate in the competition is granted to individuals who are at least 18 years old on May 31, 2025, and present an identity document during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a statement of voluntary participation. Additionally, individuals born between 2007 and 2010 may participate, provided they appear at the event office with a parent or legal guardian, who will sign a declaration of consent and responsibility for their participation and pay the entry fee.
Participants registering for the event via the online registration form confirm their knowledge of the rules, accept them, and consent to the unlimited territorial and temporal publication of their image, as captured in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name and surname, in promotional and advertising materials of the organizer as part of the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków.
Each participant must hold a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either single-use or annual.
Participants are allowed to compete simultaneously in both a relay and individual events. The condition is the payment of fees for participation in both competitions.
Prohibited substances, doping:
The use of doping is prohibited.
Participants found to have used doping will be held accountable under the rules and procedures specified in the anti-doping regulations established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
Each participant is required to undergo anti-doping testing during and outside the competition, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sport (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).

11. Final Remarks
The organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, reschedule the start time, interrupt, or cancel the event due to force majeure. Force majeure includes any external, unforeseen event beyond control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, states of emergency, epidemics, pandemics, wars, acts of terror, strikes, or water levels in reservoirs preventing swimming. It also includes new legal acts or administrative decisions that prevent the organizer from holding the event. In such cases, participants are not entitled to a refund of entry fees or other costs incurred in relation to the event.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.
Participants who fail to comply with these regulations may face disqualification.
The use of communication devices such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radios, or music players is prohibited.
All participants are required to maintain a minimum distance of 10 meters between cyclists.
In case of a bike malfunction during the race, participants must move with their bike to the roadside in a manner that does not disrupt the race.
Participation in the Pasta Party is free for competitors. Access to the technical briefing and the Pasta Party is permitted upon presenting the wristband received at the registration desk during verification.
The organizer has liability insurance (OC) for the event. Participants are encouraged to secure their own personal accident insurance (NNW).
During the event, the organizer provides medical assistance. Decisions made by medical personnel regarding whether to continue or withdraw from the event are final, and participants are required to comply.

What are the rules for granting a PRO license?
The PRO license is issued to athletes in the youth or senior categories eligible for the SSM/PRO license.
The PRO license is also granted to athletes competing in the Age-Group category based on sports results achieved during the current or previous season, according to the following criteria.
- Medium-distance (1.9–90–21.1): Men with a time under 4 hours 15 minutes and women with a time under 4 hours 45 minutes.
- Long-distance (3.8–180–42.2): Men with a time under 9 hours and women with a time under 10 hours.
The PRO license can also be granted by PZTri upon the request of the interested person, based on the assessment of the athlete’s sports performance level.
An athlete holding an SSM/PRO license, including Junior Younger, Junior, U23, Elite/Pro/Senior categories, is required to compete in the PRO category or their respective age category as per SSM classifications. If the PRO category or specific SSM categories are not organized, the athlete may compete in the Age Group category.
The PRO license is granted for the current calendar year (valid until December 31 of that year).
It is not possible to resign from the PRO license during the calendar year.
An athlete holding an Age-Group license during a given season and deciding to switch to the PRO category is required to surrender their Age-Group license.
Financial prizes are specified in Polish złoty (PLN). Prizes are tax-exempt up to 700 PLN, with a 10% tax deducted for amounts exceeding this limit.
Financial prizes for PRO category winners will be transferred via bank transfer by the end of October 2025 to the provided bank account. Participants must submit their voucher to the event office to complete the necessary documentation.
Awards can only be collected during the closing award ceremony of the event.

The PRO license is granted for the current calendar year (valid until December 31 of that year).
It is not possible to resign from the PRO license during the calendar year.
An athlete holding an Age-Group license during a given season and deciding to switch to the PRO category is required to surrender their Age-Group license.
Financial prizes are specified in Polish złoty (PLN). Prizes are tax-exempt up to 700 PLN, with a 10% tax deducted for amounts exceeding this limit.
Financial prizes for PRO category winners will be transferred via bank transfer by the end of October 2025 to the provided bank account. Participants must submit their voucher to the event office to complete the necessary documentation.
Awards can only be collected during the closing award ceremony of the event.
**The organizer reserves the right to reduce the amount of prizes in the PRO category if the number of participants in the PRO category is insufficient. Participants will be informed by email of any changes no later than two days before the start.
8. Participation Conditions
Participants eligible to compete are those who, on May 25, 2024, will have turned 18 years old and present a valid ID during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a statement confirming their voluntary participation.
Participants registering for the event via the online registration form confirm their knowledge of the rules, accept them, and consent to the unlimited territorial and temporal publication of their image, as captured in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name and surname, in promotional and advertising materials of the organizer as part of the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków.
Each participant must hold a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either single-use or annual.
All participants must follow the event's Facebook profile, where the most important information about the competition will be posted.
Prohibited Substances and Doping.
The use of doping is prohibited.
Participants found to have used doping will be held accountable under the rules and procedures specified in the anti-doping regulations established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
Each participant is required to undergo anti-doping testing during and outside the competition, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sport (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).
9. Registration and Start List

12. Final Remarks

Force majeure is understood as any external, sudden event beyond control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, states of emergency, epidemics, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, strikes, water conditions in the reservoir preventing swimming, new legal acts, or administrative decisions preventing the organizer from conducting the event. In cases of events that are not the organizer’s fault, participants will not be entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any costs incurred by the participant in connection with the event. In cases of force majeure, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or administrative decisions, the Organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, alter the start time, interrupt, or cancel the event. Participants will not be entitled to refunds of entry fees or other costs incurred for the event.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.
Participants who fail to comply with these regulations may face disqualification.
The use of any communication tools such as mobile phones, radios, walkie-talkies, or music players is prohibited.
All participants are required to maintain a minimum distance of 10 meters between cyclists.
In case of a bike malfunction during the race, participants must move with their bike to the roadside in a manner that does not disrupt the race.
Participation in the Pasta Party is free for competitors. Access to the technical briefing and the Pasta Party is permitted upon presenting the wristband received at the registration desk during verification.
The organizer has liability insurance (OC) for the event. Participants are encouraged to secure their own personal accident insurance (NNW).
During the event, the organizer provides medical assistance. Decisions made by medical personnel regarding whether to continue or withdraw from the event are final, and participants are required to comply.
The event will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Polish Triathlon Association and these regulations.
All disputes arising during the race will be resolved by the race jury.
Participants have the right to file a protest within 2 hours of disqualification or race completion by paying a 100 PLN deposit. If the protest is deemed valid by the chief race judge, the deposit will be refunded.
The Organizer is not responsible for participants' equipment or other items left unattended at the event venue or lost by them.
In the case of theft or damage to equipment, the participant must report it to the Organizer and the police before retrieving their equipment and leaving the transition zone.
Participants are obliged to strictly follow the Organizer’s instructions and the directives of any services responsible for safety and security during the event.
Participants are fully financially responsible for damages caused by them at the event venue to other participants, the Organizer's property, or property under the Organizer's management.
The Organizer has the right to exclude a participant from the race if their behavior endangers other participants or disrupts the proper conduct of the event.
It is forbidden to bring or consume intoxicants, illegal substances, alcohol, or substances that may enhance performance at the event venue under penalty of disqualification.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations, provided that participants are informed in writing or at the latest during the technical briefing before the race start.
Requests for VAT invoices must be made during the registration process through the appropriate field in the registration form.
Starter packages can only be collected during the working hours of the Event Office. Packages not collected during these hours will not be issued or sent later.
The Organizer prohibits transferring the starter package to another person after it has been collected from the Event Office by the correct participant. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of transferring the starter package to another person after collection.

12. Uwagi końcowe
Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do skrócenia, zmiany trasy, zmiany godziny startu, przerwania lub odwołania Zawodów z uwagi na zaistnienie siły wyższej. Przez siłę wyższą należy rozumieć każde zdarzenie o charakterze zewnętrznym, nagłym któremu nie można zapobiec, w szczególności: trudne warunki atmosferyczne, klęski żywiołowe, stan wyjątkowy, epidemię, pandemię, wojnę, akty terroru, strajki, stan wody w zbiorniku wodnym niepozwalający na kąpiele, nowe akty prawne lub decyzje władz administracyjnych uniemożliwiające Organizatorowi przeprowadzenie zawodów. W przypadku wystąpienia zdarzeń o których mowa w zdaniu poprzedzającym, które nie wynikają z winy Organizatora, Uczestnikom nie będzie przysługiwał zwrot wpisowego ani żadnych kosztów poniesionych przez zawodnika, a związanych ze startem w w/w zawodach.
Organizator ma prawo do nie przyjęcia rejestracji danej osoby bez podania powodu.
Uczestnik nie przestrzegający niniejszego regulaminu może zostać zdyskwalifikowany.
Użytkowanie wszelkich narzędzi komunikacji jak telefony komórkowe, krótkofalówki, radio itp. Oraz odtwarzaczy muzycznych jest zakazane.
Wszyscy uczestnicy zobowiązani są do zachowania odstępów w odległości minimum 10 metrów pomiędzy jadącymi rowerzystami.
W przypadku awarii roweru w trakcie przejazdu należy usunąć się wraz nim na pobocze drogi w ten sposób, aby nie zakłócić przebiegu wyścigu.
Udział w Pasta Party dla zawodników jest bezpłatny. Wstęp na odprawę techniczną oraz pasta party możliwy jest za okazaniem opaski zawodnika otrzymanej w biurze zawodów podczas weryfikacji.
Organizator posiada ubezpieczenie OC imprezy. Zawodnicy mają możliwość ubezpieczenia się od NNW we własnym zakresie.
W czasie trwania zawodów organizator zapewnia opiekę medyczną. Decyzje personelu medycznego, dotyczące kontynuowania bądź konieczności rezygnacji z zawodów są ostateczne, a zawodnik zobowiązany jest się do nich zastosować.
Zawody przeprowadzone będą wg przepisów Polskiego Związku Triathlonu, regulaminu cyklu Ciech Tri Tour oraz niniejszego regulaminu.
Wszystkie sprawy sporne powstałe podczas rozgrywania zawodów, rozpatrywać będzie komisja sędziowska.'
Uczestnik ma prawo do zgłoszenia protestu do 2 godzin od dyskwalifikacji bądź ukończenia zawodów przy jednoczesnej opłacie kaucji w wysokości 100 zł. Po uznaniu protestu za zasadny przez sędziego głównego zawodów kaucja zostanie zwrócona.
Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za sprzęt oraz inne rzeczy zawodników pozostawione bez nadzoru na terenie zawodów bądź przez nich zagubione.
W przypadku kradzieży bądź uszkodzenia sprzętu każdy zawodnik zobowiązany jest do zgłoszenia tego faktu przedstawicielowi Organizatora oraz policji. Zgłoszenie takie musi mieć miejsce do momentu odebrania sprzętu i opuszczenia strefy zmian przez zawodnika.
Uczestnik imprezy zobowiązany jest do bezwzględnego przestrzegania poleceń i zarządzeń Organizatora oraz ewentualnych służb odpowiedzialnych za ochronę i bezpieczeństwo podczas trwania imprezy.
Uczestnik imprezy ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za szkody wyrządzone przez niego na terenie, gdzie odbywa się impreza w stosunku do innych jej uczestników jak i za szkody wyrządzone w mieniu Organizatora bądź mieniu znajdującym się pod zarządem Organizatora.
Organizator ma prawo wykluczyć zawodnika ze startu w zawodach, jeżeli jego zachowanie stwarzałoby zagrożenie dla innych uczestników zawodów bądź zakłócałoby prawidłowy przebieg zawodów.
Na miejscu zawodów zabrania się wnoszenia lub spożywania jakichkolwiek środków odurzających, nielegalnych substancji, alkoholu czy substancji mogących zwiększyć wydolność zawodnika pod karą dyskwalifikacji.
Organizator ma prawo dokonywania zmian w Regulaminie pod warunkiem poinformowania zawodników o tych zmianach w formie pisemnej lub najpóźniej podczas odprawy technicznej przed startem zawodów.
Zamiar otrzymania faktury VAT należy zgłosić niezwłocznie w trakcie procesu rejestracji na imprezę poprzez odpowiednie pole w formularzu rejestracyjnym.
Odbiór pakietów startowych jest możliwy wyłącznie w trakcie godzin otwarcia biura zawodów. Pakiety, które nie zostaną odebrane w godzinach otwarcia biura, nie będą wydawane ani rozsyłane w późniejszym terminie.
Organizator zabrania przekazania pakietu startowego innej osobie po odebraniu go przez właściwą osobę w biurze zawodów. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za konsekwencje przekazania pakietu startowego innej osobie po odebraniu go z biura zawodów.
Biuro rzeczy znalezionych funkcjonuje do 30 dni po zakończeniu zawodów. Rzeczy znalezione są wysyłane na koszt zawodnika.
Koszt opłaty za pakiet zawodnika, dojazdu, noclegów oraz własnego wyżywienia każdy uczestnik zawodów pokrywa we własnym zakresie.
Interpretacja regulaminu należy do organizatora.
W sprawach nieobjętych postanowieniami niniejszego Regulaminu, rozstrzyga Organizator.

3. Date, Distance, and Route
The event will take place on May 31, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM, with a rolling start.
The starting point is located on the beach at Lake Jaroszewskie – start from the shore.
The finish line is located on the track of the TKKF athletics stadium in Sieraków.
I stage of the race:
Swimming: 475 m (Jaroszewskie Lake, 1 loop).
Expected water temperature: 16°C.
The swimming time limit is 75 minutes.
II stage of the race:
Cycling: 22.5 km (1 loop x 22.5 km, route includes: TKKF Center, Poznańska Street, Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia). Moderately hilly course.
Route measurement – GPS.
HELMET REQUIRED. The entire route is closed to traffic.
No drafting race – riding a bike less than 10m behind another competitor is prohibited!
All types of bikes are allowed.
Time limit for swimming and cycling: 1.5 hours
III stage of the race:

The payment process is managed by the payment operator, and the agreement is concluded with the entity designated by the payment operator.
2. For participants (defined as individuals starting the race with the swimming stage), a cycling jersey with the event logo will be provided. This gift is available only to the first 1000 registered and fully paid participants. No later than November 30, 2024.
If the limit of 1000 participants is reached before November 30, 2024, no gift will be provided to those registered beyond this limit. Participants registered by November 30 who fail to complete their payment will not be eligible for the gift.
Gadgets are only provided to participants who start the event. Non-starters are not eligible to receive the gift, and it cannot be collected by third parties or sent during or after the event office’s working hours.
5. Refund of athlete’s package fee in case of withdrawal:
No refunds will be given if the participant has not purchased cancellation insurance, nor can the payment be transferred to the next year.
It is possible to pay a resignation insurance fee amounting to 20% of the package price. This fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.

There is no possibility to transfer the payment to the following year.
It is not possible for another person, apart from the registered participant listed on the start list, to collect the full or partial starter package.
Unclaimed starter packages during the working hours of the event office will be forfeited.
It is possible to transfer the entry fee to another participant after paying a handling fee of 20 PLN and the difference in entry fees to match the current rate (on the date of the data change).

Every event finalist will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line.
Trophies can only be collected during the concluding award ceremony.

8. Participation Conditions
Participants must be at least 18 years old on May 31, 2025, present a valid ID during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a statement confirming their voluntary participation in the event.
Participants registering via the online form confirm their familiarity with the regulations, accept them, and consent to the unlimited territorial and time-based publication of their image in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name, on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer as part of the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków and the Ciech Tri Tour series.
Each participant must hold a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either single-use or annual.
Participants are allowed to compete simultaneously in both a relay and individual events. The condition is the payment of fees for participation in both competitions.
Prohibited Substances and Doping.
The use of doping is prohibited.
Athletes found to have used doping will be held accountable under the rules and procedures established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
Each participant is required to undergo anti-doping testing during and outside the competition, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sport (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).

12. Final Remarks
The organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, reschedule the start time, interrupt, or cancel the event due to force majeure. Force majeure includes any external, unforeseen event beyond control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, states of emergency, epidemics, pandemics, wars, acts of terror, strikes, or water levels in reservoirs preventing swimming. It also includes new legal acts or administrative decisions that prevent the organizer from holding the event. In such cases, participants are not entitled to a refund of entry fees or other costs incurred in relation to the event.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.
Participants who fail to comply with these regulations may face disqualification.
The use of communication devices such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radios, or music players is prohibited.
All participants are required to maintain a minimum distance of 10 meters between cyclists.
In case of a bike malfunction during the race, participants must move with their bike to the roadside in a manner that does not disrupt the race.
Participation in the Pasta Party is free for competitors. Access to the technical briefing and the Pasta Party is permitted upon presenting the wristband received at the registration desk during verification.
The organizer has liability insurance (OC) for the event. Participants are encouraged to secure their own personal accident insurance (NNW).
During the event, the organizer provides medical assistance. Decisions made by medical personnel regarding whether to continue or withdraw from the event are final, and participants are required to comply.
The event will be conducted under the regulations of the Polish Triathlon Association, the rules of the Ciech Tri Tour series, and these event regulations.
All disputes arising during the race will be resolved by the race jury.
Participants have the right to file a protest within 2 hours of disqualification or race completion by paying a 100 PLN deposit. If the protest is deemed valid by the chief race judge, the deposit will be refunded.
The Organizer is not responsible for participants' equipment or other items left unattended at the event venue or lost by them.
In the case of theft or damage to equipment, the participant must report it to the Organizer and the police before retrieving their equipment and leaving the transition zone.
Participants are obliged to strictly follow the Organizer’s instructions and the directives of any services responsible for safety and security during the event.
Participants are fully financially responsible for damages caused by them at the event venue to other participants, the Organizer's property, or property under the Organizer's management.
The Organizer has the right to exclude a participant from the race if their behavior endangers other participants or disrupts the proper conduct of the event.
It is forbidden to bring or consume intoxicants, illegal substances, alcohol, or substances that may enhance performance at the event venue under penalty of disqualification.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations, provided that participants are informed in writing or at the latest during the technical briefing before the race start.
Requests for VAT invoices must be made during the registration process through the appropriate field in the registration form.
Starter packages can only be collected during the working hours of the Event Office. Packages not collected during these hours will not be issued or sent later.
The Organizer prohibits transferring the starter package to another person after it has been collected from the Event Office by the correct participant. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of transferring the starter package to another person after collection.
The lost-and-found office will operate for 30 days after the event. Items will be shipped at the participant's expense.
Each participant must bear the costs of their athlete package, travel, accommodation, and food.
Interpretation of the regulations is the sole responsibility of the Organizer.
In matters not covered by these regulations, decisions are made by the Organizer.

A 100% refund applies to the purchased package (registration fee) and excludes additional fees paid by the participant (including cancellation fees).

Bank account for payments:
After completing the registration form on the website, the person registering the child will receive an individual payment link for the child.
It is not possible to pay for another participant using the payment link provided during registration.
The child’s registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
After completing the registration form and paying the entry fee, the participant will be added to the start list.
In the event of withdrawal from the competition, entry fees are non-refundable.
It is not possible to transfer a completed payment to another person.

7. Participation Conditions
Every child born between 2011 and 2021 is eligible to participate.
A condition for participation in the event is the parent's signature on a statement confirming the child’s health condition permits participation in the run and that the parent takes responsibility for the child's participation.
Registrations are accepted via the registration form available on the event website.
All participants must be verified at the Event Office before competing.
During verification, participants must present a school ID or another document for verifying personal data and age.
The parent/legal guardian registering a child for the children's competition and signing the statement declares that the child's health condition allows them to participate in sports competition involving intense physical effort. The parent also confirms their consent for the child to participate and does so at their own responsibility.
In case medical assistance is required during the event, the decisions of the medical staff regarding the continuation of the competition must be considered final.
Participants registering for the event by completing the registration form on the event website confirm their familiarity with the rules, accept them, and consent to the publication of their image, first name, and last name in the organizer's promotional and advertising materials as part of the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków.

11. Final Remarks
The organizer reserves the right to shorten, modify the route, change the start time, interrupt, or cancel the event due to force majeure. Force majeure is defined as any external, sudden, and uncontrollable event, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, states of emergency, epidemics, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, new legislation, or administrative decisions that prevent the organizer from conducting the event. In such cases, which are beyond the organizer's control, participants are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory throughout the entire cycling stage.
In case of a bike breakdown during the ride, the athlete must move to the roadside with their bike to avoid interfering with the race.
After completing the event, athletes will have access to showers near the finish area.
The event will be conducted according to the Polish Triathlon Association rules and these regulations.
The organizer holds liability insurance, while athletes must secure their own accident insurance (NNW).
Participation in the Pasta Party is free for competitors. Access to the technical briefing and the Pasta Party is permitted upon presenting the wristband received at the registration desk during verification.
Medical assistance will be provided during the event.
Prizes and certificates must be collected during the closing award ceremony.
Matters not covered by the rules are resolved by the organizer.
The final interpretation of the rules rests with the organizer.
All disputes arising during the race will be resolved by the race jury.
Parents/guardians registering a child for the competition declare that the bicycle used by the participant is in good technical condition and poses no risk to themselves or others.
The organizer is not responsible for equipment or personal belongings left unattended at the event..
Participants are obliged to strictly follow the Organizer’s instructions and the directives of any services responsible for safety and security during the event.
The participant (parent or legal guardian) is fully responsible for damages caused by them on the event premises, whether to other participants or the organizer's property
The organizer reserves the right to exclude an athlete from the competition if their behavior endangers others or disrupts the proper conduct of the event
