3. Date, Distance, and Route

• The event will take place on June 1, 2025, with the start at 11:00 AM (rolling start).
• The starting point is located on the beach at Lake Jaroszewskie – start from the shore.
• The finish line is located on the track of the TKKF athletics stadium in Sieraków.

I stage of the race:

• Swimming: 950 m (Jaroszewskie Lake, 1 lap).
• Expected water temperature: 16°C.
• Swimming Time Limit: 60 minutes

II stage of the race:

• Cycling: 45 km (2 laps x 22.5 km, route: TKKF Center, Poznańska Street, Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia). Medium hilly route.
  Route measurement: GPS.
• HELMET REQUIRED. The entire route is closed to traffic.
• No drafting race – riding a bike less than 10m behind another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bikes are allowed.
• Time Limit for Swimming and Cycling: 3.5 hours

III stage of the race:

• Run: 10.55 km (2 laps).
• Surface: forest paths and tartan.
• Course measured by GPS.
• Time Limit to Complete the Event: 5 hours

4. Athlete's package fees:

1. Payment Submission can be made directly after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration via the electronic payment system. tpay.com
The payment process is managed by the payment operator, and the agreement is concluded with the entity designated by the payment operator.

2. Participants in the Event (defined as those starting from the swimming stage) will receive a cycling jersey with the event logo. The gift is available exclusively to the first 1000 participants who register and complete their payment for the athlete package by November 30, 2024. If the limit of 1000 participants is reached before November 30, 2024, no gift will be provided to those registered beyond this limit. Participants registered by November 30 who fail to complete their payment will not be eligible for the gift.

Gadgets are only provided to participants who start the event. Non-starters are not eligible to receive the gift, and it cannot be collected by third parties or sent during or after the event office’s working hours.

Refund Policy for the Athlete Package in Case of Withdrawal:

• No refunds will be given if the participant has not purchased cancellation insurance, nor can the payment be transferred to the next year.
• It is possible to pay a resignation insurance fee amounting to 20% of the package price. This fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.
• Please send withdrawal requests to the designated address. kontakt@tritour.com.pl within the deadline: at least 30 days before the start date Withdrawals must be submitted no later than May 1, 2025. Withdrawal requests sent after this date will not be accepted.
• After registration, a full refund of the participant's package fee, minus the cancellation insurance, will be made to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of the resignation notification. However, every effort is made to process the refund earlier
• There is no possibility to transfer the payment to the following year.
• It is not possible for another person, apart from the registered participant listed on the start list, to collect the full or partial starter package.
• Unclaimed starter packages during the working hours of the event office will be forfeited.
• It is possible to transfer the entry fee to another participant after paying a handling fee of 20 PLN and the difference in entry fees to match the current rate (on the date of the data change).
• Unclaimed starter packages will not be sent either during or after the event; they will be forfeited.

5. Classifications

• Age categories K/M: 14-17; 18-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+.
• Every finisher will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line.

• Athletes competing in the PRO category do not participate in age group classifications.
• What are the rules for granting a PRO license?
  1. The PRO license is issued to athletes in the youth or senior categories eligible for the SSM/PRO license.
  2. The PRO license is also granted to athletes competing in the Age-Group category based on sports results achieved during the current or previous season, according to the following criteria.
  1. - Medium-distance (1.9–90–21.1): Men with a time under 4 hours 15 minutes and women with a time under 4 hours 45 minutes.
  2. - Long-distance (3.8–180–42.2): Men with a time under 9 hours and women with a time under 10 hours.
  3. The PRO license can also be granted by PZTri upon the request of the interested person, based on the assessment of the athlete’s sports performance level.
  4. An athlete holding an SSM/PRO license, including Junior Younger, Junior, U23, Elite/Pro/Senior categories, is required to compete in the PRO category or their respective age category as per SSM classifications. If the PRO category or specific SSM categories are not organized, the athlete may compete in the Age Group category.
  5. The PRO license is granted for the current calendar year (valid until December 31 of that year).
  6. It is not possible to resign from the PRO license during the calendar year.
  7. An athlete holding an Age-Group license during a given season and deciding to switch to the PRO category is required to surrender their Age-Group license.

• Financial prizes are specified in Polish złoty (PLN). Prizes are tax-exempt up to 700 PLN, with a 10% tax deducted for amounts exceeding this limit.
• Financial prizes for PRO category winners will be transferred via bank transfer by the end of October 2025 to the provided bank account. Participants must submit their voucher to the event office to complete the necessary documentation.
• Awards can only be collected during the closing award ceremony of the event.
• **The organizer reserves the right to reduce the prize amounts in the PRO category if the number of participants in the PRO category is insufficient. Participants will be notified of such changes by email no later than two days before the start.

7. Participation Conditions

• Participants eligible to compete must turn 18 by June 1, 2025, present a valid ID during verification, pay the entry fee, sign a declaration of voluntary participation, and complete the registration process.
• Participants registering via the online form confirm their familiarity with the regulations, accept them, and consent to the unlimited territorial and time-based publication of their image in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name, on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer as part of the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków and the Ciech Tri Tour series.
• Each participant must hold a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either single-use or annual.
• All participants must follow the event's Facebook profile, where the most important information about the competition will be posted.
• Participants are allowed to compete simultaneously in both a relay and individual events. The condition is the payment of fees for participation in both competitions.

Prohibited Substances and Doping.

• The use of doping is prohibited.
• Participants found to have used doping will be held accountable under the rules and procedures specified in the anti-doping regulations established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
• Each participant is required to undergo anti-doping testing during and outside the competition, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sport (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).

• The registration date is determined by the date of the entry fee payment, understood as the date the payment is credited to the organizer's account.
• A limit of 500 participants applies.
• Registrations are open until April 30, 2025, or until the maximum participant limit for the start list is reached.

9. Results

10. Personal Data Protection

The legal basis for processing participants' personal data is Article 23, Section 1, Point 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act (UODO) and Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the GDPR – contract execution (acceptance of the regulations and registration for the event constitutes the conclusion of a contract).
3. Personal data of the participants will be processed for the purpose of contract execution, i.e., for organizing, preparing, conducting, and promoting the event.
4. Processing also includes communication with participants via email or SMS to the addresses or numbers provided during registration.
5. Data processing also includes the publication of the participant's image, name, surname, and results achieved during the event.
6. Providing the personal data mentioned in sections 3 and 4 and consenting to its processing is voluntary but necessary for participation in the event.
7. Participants' Rights Include:

• The event will take place on 31.05.2025 (Saturday), race start: 10:30 AM, rolling start
• The starting point is located on the beach at Lake Jaroszewskie – start from the shore.
• The finish line is located on the track of the TKKF athletics stadium in Sieraków.

I stage of the race:

• Swimming 1900 m (Jaroszewskie Lake, 1 loop),
• Expected water temperature: 18–20°C
• Swimming time limit – 90 minutes

II stage of the race:

• Cycling 90 km (4 loops), moderately hilly course.
  Route measurement – GPS.
• HELMET REQUIRED. The entire route is closed to traffic.
• No drafting race – riding a bike less than 10m behind another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bikes are allowed.
• The swimming and cycling completion time limit is 4.5 hours.

4. Athlete's package fees:

The AQUABIKE competition – (Age-Group) for the 1.9–90 km distance has the following fees:

• 490.00 PLN payable until 31.03.2025
• 570.00 PLN payable until 30.04.2025

• A 100% refund applies to the purchased package (registration fee) and excludes additional fees paid by the participant (including cancellation fees).

1. For participants (defined as individuals starting the race from the swimming stage), a cycling jersey with the event logo will be provided. This gift is available only to the first 1000 participants who register for the event and pay their package fee. No later than November 30, 2024. If the limit of 1000 participants is reached before November 30, 2024, no gift will be provided to those registered beyond this limit. If more than 40 teams are registered, the organizer may create additional classifications (open/pro/special). In such cases, teams awarded in the open classification will not be awarded in male, female, or mixed categories.

7. Awards

• Teams placing 1st–3rd in male, female, or mixed relay categories will receive trophies for each team member.
• Every finisher will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line.
• Trophies can only be collected during the concluding award ceremony.

3. Date, Distance, and Route

• The event will take place on May 31, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM, with a rolling start.
• The starting point is located on the beach at Lake Jaroszewskie – start from the shore.
• The finish line is located on the track of the TKKF athletics stadium in Sieraków.

I stage of the race:

• Swimming: 475 m (Jaroszewskie Lake, 1 loop).
• Expected water temperature: 16°C.
• The swimming time limit is 75 minutes.

II stage of the race:

• Cycling: 22.5 km (1 loop x 22.5 km, route includes: TKKF Center, Poznańska Street, Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia). Moderately hilly course.
  Route measurement – GPS.
• HELMET REQUIRED. The entire route is closed to traffic.
• No drafting race – riding a bike less than 10m behind another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bikes are allowed.
• Time limit for swimming and cycling: 1.5 hours

III stage of the race:

• Run: 5.25 km (1 loop)
• Surface: forest paths and tartan.
• Course measured by GPS.
• Time limit for completing the event: 2.5 hours
• Each stage of the relay is completed by a different person, with the next stage beginning after passing the chip band to the next participant in the transition zone.

4. Athlete's package fees:

The fee applies to the entire relay team consisting of three people.

The fee includes:

• Time measurement chip
• Bottle with the event logo
• Professional time measurement for each discipline, including transitions
• Waterproof start number for attaching to a belt/strap
• Stickers with the start number for the bike, helmet, and a commemorative sticker
• Swim Cap
• Commemorative medal at the finish line
• Professional medical coverage
• Water stage secured by lifeguards equipped with floating gear
• Supervision of the competition by licensed PZTri judges

1. Payment Submission can be made directly after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration via the electronic payment system. tpay.com The payment process is managed by the payment operator, and the agreement is concluded with the entity designated by the payment operator.

2. For participants (defined as individuals starting the race with the swimming stage), a cycling jersey with the event logo will be provided. This gift is available only to the first 1000 registered and fully paid participants. No later than November 30, 2024. If the limit of 1000 participants is reached before November 30, 2024, no gift will be provided to those registered beyond this limit. Participants registered by November 30 who fail to complete their payment will not be eligible for the gift.

Gadgets are only provided to participants who start the event. Non-starters are not eligible to receive the gift, and it cannot be collected by third parties or sent during or after the event office’s working hours.

5. Refund of athlete’s package fee in case of withdrawal:

• No refunds will be given if the participant has not purchased cancellation insurance, nor can the payment be transferred to the next year.
• It is possible to pay a resignation insurance fee amounting to 20% of the package price. This fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.
• Please send withdrawal requests to the designated address. kontakt@tritour.com.pl within the deadline: at least 30 days before the start date Withdrawals must be submitted no later than May 1, 2025. Withdrawal requests sent after this date will not be accepted.
• After registration, a full refund of the participant's package fee, minus the cancellation insurance, will be made to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of the resignation notification. However, every effort is made to process the refund earlier
• There is no possibility to transfer the payment to the following year.
• It is not possible for another person, apart from the registered participant listed on the start list, to collect the full or partial starter package.
• Unclaimed starter packages during the working hours of the event office will be forfeited.
• It is possible to transfer the entry fee to another participant after paying a handling fee of 20 PLN and the difference in entry fees to match the current rate (on the date of the data change).
• Unclaimed starter packages will not be sent either during or after the event; they will be forfeited.

6. Classifications

• Classification of men's relay teams
• Classification of women's relay teams
• Mixed relay classification

If more than 40 teams are registered, the organizer may create additional classifications (open/pro/special). In such cases, teams awarded in the open classification will not be awarded in male, female, or mixed categories.

7. Awards

• Teams placing 1st–3rd in the male, female, or mixed relay categories will receive trophies for each relay member.
• Every event finalist will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line.
• Trophies can only be collected during the concluding award ceremony.

• Awards can only be collected during the closing award ceremony of the event.

8. Participation Conditions

• Participants must be at least 18 years old on May 31, 2025, present a valid ID during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a statement confirming their voluntary participation in the event.
• Participants registering via the online form confirm their familiarity with the regulations, accept them, and consent to the unlimited territorial and time-based publication of their image in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name, on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer as part of the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków and the Ciech Tri Tour series.
• Each participant must hold a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either single-use or annual.
• Participants are allowed to compete simultaneously in both a relay and individual events. The condition is the payment of fees for participation in both competitions.

Prohibited Substances and Doping.

• The use of doping is prohibited.
• Athletes found to have used doping will be held accountable under the rules and procedures established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
• Each participant is required to undergo anti-doping testing during and outside the competition, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sport (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).

9. Registration and Start List

• The Pho3nix Kids Duathlon and Run in Sieraków will take place on May 30, 2025, from 14:30 to 17:30.
• The start and finish will be located in Słoneczna Dolina, Sieraków.

1. PHO3NIX KIDS RUN will be held over a distance of 100 m
2. PHO3NIX KIDS DUATHLON will be held over the following distances:
   • Category A: 1200 m cycling, 300 m running
   • Category B: 2400 m cycling, 600 m running
   • Category C: 3800 m cycling, 900 m running
3. The run will also take place on a designated course.

4. Entry Fees

• 50 PLN at the Event Office after 30.04.2024 (applies only if the participant limit is not reached).

Participant limit: 200 children across all age categories.

5. Refund of athlete’s package fee in case of withdrawal:

• It is possible to pay a resignation insurance fee amounting to 20% of the package price. This fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.
• A 100% refund applies to the purchased package (registration fee) and excludes additional fees paid by the participant (including cancellation fees).
• Please send withdrawal requests to the designated address. zapisy@tritour.com.pl no later than 30 days before the event date.
• A full refund of the athlete's package fee (excluding additional fees) will be processed to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of receiving the request, provided it is submitted
• Refunds for the athlete's package fee will not be issued in cases other than those stated above, regardless of the reason or timing of withdrawal from the event.
• It is not possible to transfer the paid fee to another participant.
  The athlete's package must be collected by a parent or legal guardian listed on the start list by presenting both the child's document and their own.
• Starter packages can only be collected during the Event Office's working hours on Friday (specific times will be provided in the event schedule).
• Unclaimed packages within the specified timeframe will be forfeited.
• Unclaimed starter packages will be forfeited after the event begins.
• Bank account for payments:
  After completing the registration form on the website, the person registering the child will receive an individual payment link for the child.
• It is not possible to pay for another participant using the payment link provided during registration.
• The child’s registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• After completing the registration form and paying the entry fee, the participant will be added to the start list.
• In the event of withdrawal from the competition, entry fees are non-refundable.
• It is not possible to transfer a completed payment to another person.

6. Classifications and Prizes

• Separate age classifications are made for boys and girls (by year of birth):
• Each year group will be decorated separately.

  2. Duathlon B Decorations: 2015-2016-2017
  3. Duathlon A Decorations: 2018-2019-2020
  4. Kids Run Decorations: 2021-2022-2023
• The top three boys and girls in each age group will receive trophies or statues.
• Each participant who completes the event receives a commemorative medal at the finish line.
• Awards can only be collected during the closing award ceremony of the event.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged.

7. Participation Conditions

• Every child born between 2011 and 2021 is eligible to participate.
• A condition for participation in the event is the parent's signature on a statement confirming the child’s health condition permits participation in the run and that the parent takes responsibility for the child's participation.
• Registrations are accepted via the registration form available on the event website.
• All participants must be verified at the Event Office before competing.
• During verification, participants must present a school ID or another document for verifying personal data and age.
• The parent/legal guardian registering a child for the children's competition and signing the statement declares that the child's health condition allows them to participate in sports competition involving intense physical effort. The parent also confirms their consent for the child to participate and does so at their own responsibility.
• In case medical assistance is required during the event, the decisions of the medical staff regarding the continuation of the competition must be considered final.
• Participants registering for the event by completing the registration form on the event website confirm their familiarity with the rules, accept them, and consent to the publication of their image, first name, and last name in the organizer's promotional and advertising materials as part of the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków.
• The starter package includes:
  1. A race number for use during the running and cycling stages
  2. A timing chip
  3. Drinks and a meal at the finish line

Registrations, starting list

• After filling out the registration form available on the website triathlonsierakow.pl Participants will only be added to the start list after the fee is paid.
• The registration date is determined by the payment date, which refers to the date the entry fee amount is credited to the organizer’s bank account. All costs related to the entry fee payment are covered by the payer.

6. The personal data of participants will be used in accordance with the conditions set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, other applicable laws, and the event regulations.
